The farm Kirschnerhof offers its guests five comfortable holiday apartments in Sesto – each for two to six persons. Our apartments are furnished in a traditionally rustic style – the wooden interiors radiate a warm and inviting ambiance. The apartments are very spacious. A play area with games corner offers plenty of space for your children to play inside in case of bad weather, while in the house library you will find plenty of reading material for young and old.

Equiptment our apartments at the Kirschnerhof
All holiday apartments at the farm Kirschnerhof in Alta Pusteria offer a living room, one or two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. Further equipment includes a TV set, a fridge, an electric stove with hood, kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen, and free Wi-Fi. A washing machine and dryer are also available if required. These amenities will guarantee a truly carefree holiday.
There’s no need to look for a parking space. Simply park your car right in front of the farm Kirschnerhof in our large private car park.
There is a bus stop only 200 m from our farm. Every half hour, a bus takes you to the most beautiful destinations in the region Three Peaks.
You may store your sports equipment – such as bicycles and skis – in our ski room.
Energy & heating system at the farm Kirschnerhof Sustainability is important for us
With the impressive nature of South Tyrol surrounding us, we focus on sustainability. For this reason, our house is supplied with natural heat by a wood-chip heating system. It is fed with wood from our own forests. Solar panels support our hot water production.
We have installed a photovoltaic system to cover the (significant) energy demand of a farm.

Prices and discounts:
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 7 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2/4 persons
For every additional person we charge 20 €/night.
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning and all fees and taxes, except local tax.
The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (Ja/ 2024: 2.50 € per day and person above 14 years of age)
Discounts for children:
- Kids up to 0 years stay with us free of charge.
- Kids up to 9.99 pay 50% less in the parents bedroom
- Toddler equiptment for free upon request
Pets:
We accept one dog per flat. For your four-legged family members we charge 10 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.
Booking:
Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We will also apply the below cancellation conditions.
For stays of less than 5 days there is a surcharge of € 20 per night.
We will gladly pick you up at the train station. Please specify when booking.
Surcharge for breakfast: For bed & breakfast we charge € 14 per person. (Does not apply to children up to 2.99 years.)
The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.
Payment: Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 1999,00 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival & departure:
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14:00. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14:00. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9:30. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation:
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
You may cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee.
In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.
Please let us know if you are unable to compete your holidays.
